Agreement
These terms govern your use of the OpenBilling website and services. By using them you agree to these terms; paid engagements are also governed by your signed service agreement.
The service
OpenBilling provides AI-native medical billing run by an expert billing team. Specific scope, fees, and service levels are set in your engagement agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful billing of claims you are authorized to submit, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
PHI & Business Associate Agreement
Where we process Protected Health Information we do so as a HIPAA Business Associate under a signed BAA, available on request.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided in good faith to industry standards; to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in your engagement agreement.
